FAQs
What stain options are available for wood products?
Currently, we are using Varathane Poly-Stain in colors Cognac, Mahogany, and Pecan and Miniwax stain and finish in colors Golden Oak, Sedona Red, and Red Chestnut. In addition to being stained, each piece is coated in a finishing polyurethane to seal and protect the wood.
Do you make custom pieces?
At the moment, we have been focused on designing and crafting our own products. However, if there is a specific piece or design that you would like, you can message us here to see if we can make that idea into reality.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item at this time. All sales are final.
However, if your item arrives chipped, cracked, or broken, or damaged in any way straight out of the box please contact us immediately so we can discuss refunds or resending a product.

The product I want is sold out. Is it coming back?
We are working diligently to restock all items as soon as possible.
Because we are a two-college-student company, life can be busy and it may take some time to restock an item.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
How long does it take to make a piece?
The amount of time it takes to complete our pieces depends on the type of the piece, the size of the piece, and whether or not it has been premade.
For example, anything with resin (unless pre-made) could take anywhere from 3 to 4 days because it takes 48 to 72 hours for the epoxy to fully cure. Once cured, the piece must be sanded and sealed and fully set before it is able to be packaged and shipped.
Textured paintings will typically take anywhere from 2 to 3 days depending on size and style. The plaster, once added to the canvas, must set and harden which can take several hours or overnight. Touchups must be applied and fully dried before painting can begin. Once painted and sealed, it must be allowed to sit for a minimum of 8 hours to completely dry before being shipped.
We understand that these time estimates may seem long, however, we take pride in ensuring that our handmade items are as perfect and durable as possible before sending them to our customers. Thank you for your understanding!
